about me
I am a graduate of Rutgers University, where I earned my BFA in Visual Arts. I concentrated in graphic design with a mixture of print and digital work. During this time, I centered my senior thesis gallery show on the concept of nature in artificial spaces, combining sculpture, silk screening, and film photography.
Throughout both high school and college, I worked as a freelance production and graphic designer, including a job for NY House Senate & local council election campaigns. If you really want to get technical, my first professional experience doing design was in 6th grade for a whopping $10, designing the rock album cover artwork for a classmate’s new “CD” (a burned iTunes CD with Sharpie ink writing). I remember thinking: “wow, I can get paid to make things look good?” and have chased that feeling ever since.
Right now, I’m freelancing/contracted for various clients, mainly focusing in the pharmaceutical industry. I specialize in accessible, responsive digital experiences for healthcare, pharma, and enterprise brands, with experience navigating regulatory, accessibility, and multi-stakeholder review processes. I live in New Jersey with my husband and two cats, Milly and Goose (and around 30+ houseplants). On my spare time, I engage in all things artsy: crochet, cooking, baking, aquascaping (aquarium), drawing, painting, and tending to my many many many plants.
